Italian Ties produced by David Dadon

Italian Ties, production designer Jacqueline Dadon, associative producer Barry Dadon and Darryl Dadon, executive producer Lydia Dadon and Jacob Dadon, and produced by David Dadon, is an action packed adventure film about the importance and bond within Italian families. The plot begins with close cousins Rich and Philly who watched surprisingly as their dads mourned the death of their grandfather. It is unheard of for Italian men to be caught crying so Rich and Philly are taken aback when witnessing their fathers’ emotions. They come to realize the distant feeling between them and their fathers and create a plan to renew and tighten their relationship. Shockingly, the grandmother comes into play and devises a genius plan to kidnap the fathers to begin the adventure that will forever change their lives. Amongst the adventure and action packed scenes, it is a very heart warming film that leaves you with a newfound respect for strength of Italian families and culture. David Dadon has received several awards and nominations for previous films and has once again produced a stunning film. It will be released in May of 2009 at the Cannes International Film Festival.
